For Property Investment and Development funding, we work with experienced promoters to pursue opportunities that will stand up to commercial scrutiny, where WIP costs and asset values are realistic and achievable.
We understand that a flexible approach and a quick response are a crucial component when funding property, particularly where a promoter needs to act quickly to acquire an investment asset or development site.
Suitable Investment Properties can in some cases be funded on an interest only basis for an initial period, with a structured capital repayment plan applied thereafter.
Development projects can be funded on an Interest Roll Up basis with 100% WIP funding available, subject to parameters being met.
